Yvette Torres is a mom to one son, originally born and raised in Los Angeles California.
She has made south Louisiana her home for the last 35 years. She has worked in sales administration in the oil industry for over 30 yrs.
For the past 25 years she pursued personal growth to discover her voice and worth through her own healing journey. She has been divorced for over 12 years from an emotionally, mentally, and physically abusive relationship. Yvette is a graduate of The Kitchen Table Life Coaching Certification Program where she has learned skills that help her walk people to find their own voices, giving them the courage to speak up and take a stand for their futures.
Yvette brings to the table the ability to navigate all the traps of staying in an unhealthy relationship, offering gentleness and patience with women and men as they break the patterns of codependency and the fear of being alone. She enjoys spending time with her son, family, and friends. She loves being in conversation with others and has a deep passion for people in their healing and growth. Her strength and resolve to survive, her deep commitment, and her own vulnerability to help others to overcome.
