What is Growth Challenge?

Regardless of where you are in life, our Growth Challenge program is by far the most impactful program The Kitchen Table has to offer. This 3-stage program is designed to get you to DISCOVER your true God-given identity, DECLARE that identity and anchor it deep in your heart of hearts, and then ACT out of that identity through purposeful intentions in your every day life.Growth Challenge is not about changing who we are but rather remembering who we were created to be. It is not lost to you, it’s just buried, hidden, protected deep in your heart because it has not been safe to show the real you or because you have been wearing a mask; the one you are hiding behind and have been wearing for so long you have come to believe that it is who you are!
Let us support you in remembering and discovering the truth about who you are and why you were put here on this earth. You are the manifest presence of God on this earth and you bring to this world something unique and genuine that ONLY YOU were created to do. You show the world an aspect of God that no one else is capable of revealing because it was created in you to be displayed by you.
Growth Challenge 1 Intensive Seminar
GC1 is an action-packed two and a half days, consisting of experiential exercises, small-group discussion, mini-lectures, and individual, focused coaching. In GC1, you discover some of the limiting beliefs that keep you blocked and living small. GC1 challenges you to step into your identity and live free.

GC2 is a powerful workshop that anchors your identity through experiential exercises, small-group discussion, mini-lectures, and individual, focused coaching. In GC2, you get an opportunity to deepen your commitment, continue to stretch your comfort zone, while becoming increasingly aware of what works and doesn't work in your life. How much do you value your life? GC2 challenges you to live transformed through your GNA, God Named Authenticity.
Prerequisite: Must have attended a GC1 to participate.

Growth Challenge 3 Intensive Seminar
GC3 puts your commitment to yourself to the test. We all have dreams and goals, yet less than 90% of people actually achieve them. Nothing is real until action is taken. GC3 invites you to engage in your life and discover your purpose, taking steps towards identifying and reaching meaningful goals. This program is a five-week commitment to yourself, organized around action and accountability. Operating from a declared identity and purpose, we become the hands and feet of Jesus to ourselves and others in the community.
Prerequisite: Must have attended GC1 & GC2 to participate.

Graduates of each level are invited to participate in future GC trainings at no cost by serving on our team. Being on a GC team allows for the deepening of core principles learned, your continued personal growth, and the opportunity to pay it forward to others.
Because we want everyone to have the opportunity to experience our Growth Challenge program, we have created several affordable packages. We have options to pay for the entire Growth Challenge Series (GC1, GC2, and GC3) payment plans. GC1-Discover Your True Self may be taken as a stand alone program. If you are not ready to commit to the full program, just join us in GC1 first and get your feet wet!
